Karla Aguilera
With a foundation in both skincare and clinical precision, I bring a unique blend of beauty expertise and medical discipline to every service I offer. I became a Licensed Esthetician in 2006 , mastering advanced treatments like Chemical Peels, Light Therapy, Microdermabrasion , and Makeup Application — all while working as a Laboratory Technician in a hospital for over five years. This experience taught me the importance of precision, hygiene, and attentive client care — values I carry into every appointment.
My journey into permanent makeup began in 2017 , and since then I’ve built a reputation for my focus, professionalism, and attention to detail. My clients know they’re in steady, caring hands — I make it a point to ensure every client feels heard, valued, and beautiful.

By booking an appointment with BEAUTY BY DESIGN , you agree to all terms and conditions and understand that BEAUTY BY DESIGN and our artists accept no liability, and you accept full responsibility.
FACILITY POLICY NOTICE
For sanitation, safety, and liability reasons, pets and children are not permitted in the spa. Service animals are allow as required by law.

Paramedical tattooing is a cosmetic procedure and is NOT a medical treatment. Results may vary based on individual skin type, condition, healing response, and adherence to aftercare instructions.
These services do not replace medical care and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Clients must receive clearance from their physician when appropriate, particularly following surgery, radiation, or medical treatment.
A consultation is required to determine candidacy. Not all scars, skin conditions, or pigment irregularities are suitable for paramedical tattooing. Multiple sessions may be required to achieve desired results.
BEAUTY BY DESIGN and Karla Aguilera assume no responsibility for unrealistic expectations or outcomes influenced by factors beyond professional control.
REFUND POLICY
At Beauty by Design, we are entirely committed and focused on making sure each of our guests receives the ultimate luxury experience. If you have concerns with a service you received, please contact us within 48 hours. NO REFUNDS, whatsoever, are offered on any of our lash + brow + microneedling services. If you have an allergic reaction to a lash extension service we provided, a removal will be offered free of charge. Retail products and Gift certificate purchases are also non-refundable.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations or rescheduling are only accepted 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOWS will be charged a 50% fee for permanent makeup services, while all other services will be charged the full amount of the missed service.
