Please note that BEAUTY BY DESIGN cannot accept responsibility for any injury or damage caused by any services performed by our artists, including lash extension applications, permanent makeup treatments, and microneedling services. By booking an appointment with BEAUTY BY DESIGN , you agree to all terms and conditions and understand that BEAUTY BY DESIGN and our artists accept no liability, and you accept full responsibility.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations or rescheduling are only accepted 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOWS will be charged a 50% fee for permanent makeup services, while all other services will be charged the full amount of the missed service.

REFUND POLICY

At Beauty by Design, we are entirely committed and focused on making sure each of our guests receives the ultimate luxury experience. If you have concerns with a service you received, please contact us within 48 hours. NO REFUNDS, whatsoever, are offered on any of our lash + brow + microneedling services. If you have an allergic reaction to a lash extension service we provided, a removal will be offered free of charge. Retail products and Gift certificate purchases are also non-refundable.
